Store Credit Only

Returns are accepted for store credit only. You have up to 14 days from the date you received your items to initiate a return. Store credit will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

• Address: Please send all returns to the address provided on your packing slip.

Damaged Items

• Notification Period: If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within three days of receiving it.

• Documentation: Send clear photos of the damaged item to sadie.meraki@gmail.com.

• Resolution: Upon review, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Final Sale Items

• Non-Returnable Items: The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories (e.g., hats, purses, bags)

  • Swimwear

  • Sale Items (items purchased on discount)

• Marked-Down Items: Items purchased damaged or at a marked-down price are also final sale.

• Receipt Indication: Final sale items will be clearly indicated as such on your receipt.

• Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Packaging: Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

• Processing Time: Allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your return once we receive the items.
